Based at the Disability Rights UK office in London, you will undertake in depth, better-off calculations and provide related advice on tax credits, welfare benefits and related in-work support to people with disabilities or health conditions, by telephone and email.
You must have outstanding, in-depth knowledge of the benefits system, as well as experience of providing a related advice service. You must be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Passenger Focus is an independent public body set up by the Government to protect the interests of Britain's rail passengers and, from 2010, England’s bus, coach and tram passengers outside of London.
