We’ve released some more dates for our popular Introduction to Lifting and TRX Suspension Training workshops.
Lifting weights can help build a toned, sculpted body, and build stronger bones – and it’s not just for men. The workshop will guide you through a range of lifts including squats, dead-lifts and bench press. The next course starts on Wednesday 19 September £30 for 6 weeks.
TRX uses gravity and body weight to build power, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, joint and core stability. The workshop will show you how to set up and adjustment the equipment, alongside lower/upper body, core exercises and a 20-minute taster class each week. The next course starts on 15 October. £15 for 2 sessions.
