Disability Law Service

Disability Law Service is a charity which helps with legal assistance in public and social welfare law. It is run by disabled people. Free advice (over the phone or in writing) for disabled people is given provided they are in the following areas of the law:

  • Community Care law
  • Employment and discrimination law
  • Welfare benefits

For people with multiple sclerosis there is a line for legal advice about employment, disability discrimination, goods and services, community care and welfare benefits appeals.
There is a page which has links to online advice for all disabled people on community care law, disability discrimination, employment law and welfare benefits.
Donations to them are encouraged so that they can continue to offer these services.
