WellbeingMatters invites you to enter a festive fun competition for which you could win some fantastic prizes. All you need to do is identify the highest number of locations that feature in our mental health short film, ‘Circle of Support’ by 31 December 2018.

‘Circle of Support’ is a mental health short film, produced by WellbeingMatters, a mental health peer support group based in Southend-on-Sea. The film hopes to improve awareness and highlight the importance of support networks for those living with mental health issues. The film, shot in 15 different locations throughout Southend, features 17 individuals who speak freely and honestly about support they receive or provide. https://youtu.be/wtfK56Jgxf4

To enter our competition and be in with a chance of winning amazing prizes, all you have to do is list as many of the 15 locations you can, each against the named film participant below in the order of which they appear in the film. All 15 locations are within Southend-on-Sea. Please email your answers to michelle.passfield@hotmail.co.uk by Monday 31 December 2018.

The competition closes on on Monday 31 December. The winners will be announced on Monday 7 January via a direct email from WellbeingMatters and on social media. The competition is eligible to anyone over the age of 18. Not including those involved with making or participating in the film. The locations need to be identified and listed in the correct order. All prizes are Southend-based.

Over £300 worth of prizes to give away as follows.

First prize – Diet MOT one hour assessment session with a qualified nutritionist worth £75, An aromatherapy full body massage at Leigh Sanctuary worth £55 and a Healing and balance treatment with a Body Matters qualified therapist worth £48

Second prize – Afternoon Tea for Two at the Roslin Beach Hotel worth £48 and Tickets x2 for Village Green Festival tickets on 13 July 2019 worth £40

Third prize – Meal for one at Legend Deli worth £20 and Transformational Breath workshop on 24 January 2019 half price at £17

Fourth prize – Anahata Yoga Centre Gift of Wellbeing 2x classes passes for Yoga, Pilates or Mindfulness worth £24 and Anke’s Tea and Coffee Lounge voucher worth £10.

Fifth prize – Tea for Two at Gleneagles Guest House worth £12
